I’m Martin Newbold – author of The Stealing of Emily series and The Badgers of Bunger Hill, but also a composer and programmer. Most of my work here explores the same themes as my books: missing children, digital systems, and the quiet machinery behind public life.
“Martin Newbold has been writing poetry for many years, and it was his first step into the world of creative writing at age eighteen. The poems emerge from his soul, navigating the complexities of life’s journey. We hope you find them as meaningful and resonant as he has, as they offer a glimpse into his inner world and the path he’s walked.” All works are copyrighted Martin Newbold. You are free to enjoy them. Martin Newbold’s poetry is showcased on his official website: martinnewbold.co.uk/poetry. These pieces are available as songs, bringing his poetic narratives to life through music. The music is also available on Music Score for at least sixteen of the poems. These are hoped to be part of the theater production and film for the *Stealing of Emily* series of books.
